Justin is a 30 year naval veteran who has a deep passion and appreciation of Imperial Beach and South Bay’s estuarine environments and their vital importance in the preservation of our local marine and avian habitats, as well the coastal resiliency of our communities. He has witnessed and experienced first hand, as a Navy Diver and outdoor enthusiast, the incredible work SWIA and many other organizations have played in the extensive clean up of the San Diego Bay and restoration of surrounding estuaries in the past three decades he’s resided in the region. He is proud and honored to contribute to the vitality of SWIA and it’s continued mission successes of preserving and restoring the region’s most important natural habitats.
